MacOn a Mac: System Settings → Printers & Scanners. Pick the printer, clear its queue, and if needed remove it with - and add it again with +.
Important: If you downloaded a "driver" from a site that isn't the printer maker's, remove it. Install only from the manufacturer's official site.
Quick questions
Why does my printer show as "offline"?
Usually the printer dropped off Wi‑Fi, for example after a router or password change, or the computer is using an old address. Reconnecting it to the network fixes most cases.
Where should I download a printer driver?
Only from the printer maker's official website. Other driver sites may bundle malware.
