The connection is made from the computer that needs fixing. Open this page on that computer and click the button there.
For your safety: download only from the button here, there are fake download sites out there. Give the number only to me, after you contacted me. Disconnect anytime by clicking X.
On a Mac: it will ask you to allow "Screen Recording" and "Accessibility". That's normal: open the settings and allow them. Not sure which Mac you have? Click the Apple menu → "About This Mac". If it says Intel, pick "older Mac".

Before we start
How much does it cost?
The chat is free. Remote support is ₪99 for a quick fix, ₪179 for full care and ₪249 for cleanup and setup. Prices are final, and you pay by Bit or PayBox only after it's fixed.
How fast will you get back to me?
The same day. I'm available from 9:00 to 21:00, and requests that come in during those hours get an answer that same day.
Can you come to my home?
Yes. If you'd rather not have it fixed remotely, or the problem can't be solved remotely, we can arrange a home visit in Tel Aviv and central Israel. Home visits start from ₪299, and we agree on the time and final price in advance.
What software do you connect with?
RustDesk, a free, secure, open-source remote tool. Download it from the button on this site, write the number it shows in the form at the bottom of the page, and I'll get back to you. When I connect, you approve it. It closes when we're done. Full steps are in "How do we connect" above.
Is it safe to let someone access my computer?
Only with your approval, through well-known software. You see every action on screen and can disconnect anytime. I never ask for passwords.
Does it work on Mac?
Yes. Both the chat and remote support work with Windows and Mac.
What if it can't be fixed?
You don't pay. If the computer needs hands-on work, we can arrange a home visit. And if it needs a repair shop, I'll tell you straight and point you to what you need.
